Third Quarter 2024—In Review

The last few months have been a busy time for us and we are happy to announce the following key achievements:

  • State significant modification to the $150 million North Shore Health Hub.

  • Approval of a modification to a $67 million seniors living and mixed use development at Skyline Place, Frenchs Forest.

  • Approval of a $3 million upgrade of recreational facilities at the Moxon Sports Club, Punchbowl for Canterbury Leagues Club.

  • Approval of a $2 million rehabilitation facility for Fairfield RSL.

  • Approval of digital outdoor advertising signs in Newtown, Penrith, Lilyfield and Hornsby for JCDecaux Australia and Sydney Trains.

  • Two approvals to continue the operation of outdoor advertising signage in Homebush West and Prestons on behalf of JCDecaux and Transport for NSW.

  • Approval of an advertising mural in the Sydney CBD for Apparition Media.

  • Two approvals to renew the extended operating hours trial period for the licensed restaurants Babylon and Babylon II for a further 5 years.
