Two state significant warehouse approvals on behalf of Goodman

Keylan is proud to announce that the Department of Planning and Environment have approved the State Significant Development Applications for two warehouse and distribution centres, on behalf of Goodman.

A $113 million 3-storey warehouse and distribution centre within the Artarmon industrial area was approved in December 2023. The development will comprise of 12 tenancies, facilitating over 24,00m2 of warehouse and office floor space. Keylan also successfully prepared a Clause 4.6 Variation Request to vary the site’s FSR control to enable this innovative and contemporary warehouse design.

Keylan also secured approval for the $49 million Roussell Road Warehouse site located within Eastern Creek. The development is a major new warehouse facility that will facilitate the provision of over 26,000m2 of additional employment floorspace in the Western Sydney Employment Area.
