HDA expressions of interest

The HDA has been accepting expressions of interest for over a month to identify:

1.      High-yield housing proposals

2.      Housing projects that can be assessed and constructed quickly

3.      Projects that drive quality and affordable housing

4.      Projects that complement the State Significant Rezoning Policy

Applications that are deemed to meet the criteria are recommended for SSD.

We have been closely following the outcomes of each briefing, to gain insights and understand what types of developments are being recommended as SSD. These insights are being used to inform and advise our clients to fast track the approval process.
