Despite a very unpredictable and challenging 2020, it has still been a very busy and successful year for Keylan with many major milestones achieved!

 

Key highlights for us include:

 

  • Approval of the SSD application on behalf of Landcom for 432 units at 242-244 Beecroft Road, Epping ($163+ million)
  • Approval of the SSD application of NSW TAFE’s Multi-Trades and Digital Technology Hub at Meadowbank ($30+ million)
  • Approval of Stage 4 of Sekisui House’s development along Victoria Road, Melrose Park ($166+ million)
  • Approval of Stage 2 of Lendlease Retirement Living’s Jordan Springs development ($73+ million)
  • Approval of the SSD application for the Lower Concourse upgrades at the iconic Sydney Opera House
  • SEPP Amendment made for a major Western Sydney rezoning
  • Assistance to DPIE with major regional land use study and policy reforms aimed at economic recovery
  • Assisting the Department of Planning, Industry and Environment in the assessment of multiple State Significant Development and Infrastructure Applications
