Keylan Consulting is proud to announce another approval for Lendlease Retirement Living’s development at Jordan Springs. The Sydney Western City Planning Panel recently approved the $73+ million Stage 2 of the seniors living development which comprises 3 x 6 storey buildings providing 139 apartments, communal health, well-being facilities and communal open space.
This approval is the third recent approval for this development and follows other approvals in 2019. The approvals provide additional housing diversity and supply in the Western City District, including traditional detached dwelling lots, 51 seniors villas and 139 independent living units on a site with excellent access to transport services, health and retail services in the Jordan Springs town centre.
